One of those “just for fun” projects ended up changing my entire career.
This is where the fun happens.
This is where I share my creative side projects and explorations outside of UX. From creating digital graphics to designing apparel, it’s all about having fun with design. Enjoy browsing through my passion projects!
Nutcracker on Ice
As the director of the annual production of the Nutcracker on Ice, I branded and designed print and digital graphics to market the show. With my advertising efforts the cast size grew 125% and I achieved a 314% profit increase.
Coach Sarah Hollister
This is the website that started it all! Before I discovered UX, I built a website to market my coaching business and educate my clients on the sport of figure skating. I had so much fun building this website that I his decided to pursue a career in UX.
Twizzle Tee’s
In my free time I created a figure skating themed clothing business on Etsy. I designed the shirts in Canva and hired Brand Ambassadors on Instagram to promote my business.
International Soprano - Ji Young Jeon
I designed a custom website for international soprano Ji Young Jeon that showcases her performances, teaching, and professional experience in one elegant place. The goal was to create a site that feels just as timeless and refined as her artistry.
Shaw Chambers Design
I rebranded Shaw Chambers Design, an upscale interior design business. I also built their website from the ground up and managed/produced content for their social media accounts.
Most of my passion projects started with me thinking, “I could probably make that myself.”
